The King's Realm Project

WOODLAND ASPIRATIONS

This page is a starting place and reference point for all parties linked to the King's Realm Project for regeneration and development of land for the purpose of bringing more prosperity, abundance and community members together.

The land and the house upon it will be given a name – much like Florence House has a name, the owners will designate a fitting title to the land and the house upon it. A sign will be made up for the land to direct guests to this place. For the foreseeable time being we shall refer to this project as The King's Realm.

This Build Project relates to a WhatsApp Group Chat 'Beyond the Pale'.
In this chat we can invite members of the collective build project community to contribute to the Project.

Owners Of Titles
The owners and benefactors of the project are currently named as 'Kings' – Chris & Vanessa.
Both can create their own individual character profile and online titles to be used as tag handles for social media, with their own unique offerings to be united under the umbrella of The King's Realm Project and soon to be named house and the grounds as Florence House have done.

These titles and the offerings listed are separate from our given names and are not directly related to other projects and job titles/roles.

Social tags as example – @FocusForChange and @High.Vibez.Tribe – these are Chris and Cathy's titles.

Titles for the owners and benefactors will have listed under their names a description of the services offered and a projected timeline of the services being offered under each stage of development will be agreed upon before being added to a timeline and shared spreadsheet.

These titles and roles are entities we treat as our 'business' names which we can attach to projects and objectives with time set aside from our other given name roles and responsibilities. All email, posted mail communications and the like should be treated as such. Establishing these named entities as being separate from our given names, allows us to attribute new roles and skills, plus distinguish the roles and responsibilities from taking over other roles and responsibilities. Much like an actor – we put on new face and create our new 'selves' using existing skills plus add any new skills, along with any qualifications we can use for furthering our goals.

Aligning our new entities to deeds of charity, voluntary work, groups helping others, community projects and importantly – things that put us in good stead with the local council, residents and neighbourhood – will all help get the validity of this project assured, with hindrance or interference from outside groups who may be envious or want to put unnecessary rules in place.

Skills and roles can be added to the new named titles and will help all to accept and fulfil roles they are 'acting' under.

Examples are shared below:

Chris King
– Land management: clearance, drainage,
– Tree management: Logging for burners, temp structures, facias, creating log fires and bushcraft environments
– Tractor services
– Forestry courses supervisor
– Father and son bonding weekend facilitator
– Outdoor connections events for city dwellers and ex-film friends
– Wild camping scout and facilitator
– Navigation & survival events producer
– Healthy outdoor cooking chef and food hygiene inspector
– Foraging course administrator

Vanessa King
– Private schooling coordinator
– Specialised tutorship facilitator
– Sound therapy practitioner
– Outdoor events coordinator
– Indoor events coordinator
– Community activities & groups manager

Above are just examples listed at this time. They can be anything you wish them to be.
Actual roles and responsibilities will be added by the King owners and benefactors of this project.

Project Validity
Titles of benefactors, names of land and the property, project names and titles given to the different builds within the project – will all aid with progression. This brings ideas into the 'real' and keeps things separated so they can be managed against time, cost and with designated roles.

To validate the project and protect the interests of the owners and benefactors, setting up the individuals with strong foundations helps to create a solid base. This is how manifestation works.

Objectives for the project owners:
– Define the Project name (if not to be King's Realm Project)
– Set up a Facebook Page with the Project Name and a description of what the objectives are
– Add timings for the objectives and a planned sate for launch at each stage of the project
– Add collaborators, partnerships and useful connections
– Add content including starting project images and filming of the build development

Actions for the Benefactors
– Define individual names for social channels
– Include separate channels for each owner to fulfil their own aspirations
– Set up Instagram channels with the names of each benefactor and each unique offerings
– Add bio and descriptions of the benefactors and the offerings
– Add pictures and content. Start with one image to create.
– Set up the social channels for images and place to promote future events
– Include separate channels for each owner to add their contributions

Partnerships
To aid with progression of this project, there will be a number of key partners and collaborators. There are requirements for skilled workers in building, willing collaborators to assist in build, members of a wider community who will assist in build and development in exchange for services and use of the land. They will help the project grow, share in the progress and excitement with their social networks.

Some of the members of the team are as follows:

– CEO or Board Leaders
– Project Director
– Creative Director
– Chief Finance Officer
– Accounts Director
– Project Consultants
– Project Management
– Build Producer
– Build Supervisor
– Project creative director
– Design Manager
– 3D Designer
– PR & Marketing
– Social Media lead
– Social Media assistant
– Copywriters

There needs to be a clear hierarchy of who is in charge and clear lines of responsibility defined – just as there are in any corporate structures for successful business and project objectives.

Project Objectives
The Kings will create a vision for the project to include initial land preparation, temporary structures put in, installation of tents and creating storage, fencing using natural materials available from land locally sourced and/or non-permanent solutions to help generate spaces for use in 2025 season.

The work required to build temporary structures and prepare the land will have budgets allocated. Potential collaborators will be aligned with meetings to discuss and estimate costs and project deliverables

Budgets & Timings
The CEO or board (the Kings) – will provide a budget and timings to work within on a multi-stage build for the project to run in 2025 with foresight of 2026.

Preparing the Site
As of 29th March – we have now set up introductions and through calls we will establish what works can be set up and accomplished with low outlay of funds and that all parties can agrre on and benefit from.

We will agree a cost and dates to install and take down the large Marque tent.

Jeff may be added to future project calls and group chats - to enable us to make the site ready for June weekend 13-15th.ibez will create flyers for a sound bath at Michael Hall School.

High Vibez will create a flyer for a workshop on Sunday the 15th June
FocusForChange will set up connections to performers to play an acoustic gig (or two gigs) to be either Friday 13th evening Saturday 14th evening or Sunday 15th afternoon.

Some costs to consider...
Tent erection and removal £200-400 (negotiable with Jeff)
Tent hire – negotiable with High Vibez
Geoff – Music of the Trees £300
Accoustic performers £200-£300
High Vibez Sound bath £250+travel
School room hire £75ph

Events, Workshops and sound baths
High Vibez can remain on site for 2 days to perform a sound bath and a workshop on consecutive days.
To cover the costs of High Vibez's time (and cover lost earnings), there needs to be a minimum number of attendees at the proposed sound baths, workshops and accoustic performances.
To cover the costs of Jeff's time setting up tent and preparing the land, we'll need to have a minimum number of sound baths, workshop, gigs and other events to make use of the tent – and cover all the usage costs, wear and tear etc.

– We should charge £25pp for a sound bath at the school as this is a premium hire fee. Let's try for a discount hire for 1hr sound bath (our set up time included). Perhaps include a person running the school.
– We can charge £20pp for soundbaths in the tent on the home grounds
– We can charge £25-£35 for workshops 2.5Hrs to include a sound bath

If we work on the costs for High Vibez soundbath and the hall hire being £400, there needs to be a minimum of 16 people attending at the school. Twenty people at £25pp is £500.

Having a workshop no the land the following day (with an acoustic show) can be negotiated for High Vibez Time and with performer costs covered – pending numbers ideally 24–30 people.

We can begin advertising for a sound bath at the school to gage numbers.
We can advertise 'earlybird' tickets at 20% discount at £20 for a couple of weeks, then 10% discount at £22.50  and see if this event will work at all three prices.
The room hire Ts&Cs may allow for a cancelation with no fees taken – we could perhaps move the event to the land for greater profits.
